Certified Organic Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar is unfiltered, unheated, un-pasteurized and 5% acidity. Even though Bragg Apple Cider Vinegar is not pasteurized, but its natural acidity is effective in killing the E.Coli bacteria.
Different from the refined and distilled vinegars usually found in supermarket, Bragg Organic Apple Cider Vinegar is made from the finest fresh crushed organically grown apples and allowed to mature in wooden barrels which boost its natural fermentation qualities.
Natural Bragg apple cider vinegar is eich in enzymes and potassium. It is brownish in colour and if held to light, you will see tiny formation of “strand-like” substances that we call the miracle “Mother”.
